While your paperwork is being processed, we want to give you the biggest advantage we can. By filling out these few fields, we can get you set up in some of our Orientation systems, so you can get started right away. Please take just a moment to fill this out, and you will get an email shortly letting you know your next steps.

The "CDI Email Address" field is for the email you will be using for all CDI correspondence. This is typically something like:  "FirstNameLastNameCDI@gmail.com" You will be receiving all CDI-related correspondence at this email address going forward and we will use it to set up your Hunter Douglas The Link account, so the following notice is critical:

**IMPORTANT** Make sure that your CDI Email is set up, tested, and working before submitting this form. Otherwise, you won't receive important information and status updates about onboarding and orientation.
