Welcome to CDI and our new designer orientation! This site will help you navigate your way through the various courses and platforms, to help smooth the orientation process, making it as simple as possible for you to get the foundational learning you need to be successful out in the field.

I am Rick Sheninger, the Skills Enrichment Supervisor at CDI. What that means to you is that I will be your primary point of contact as you go through the orientation process and get familiar with Custom Decorators, Inc. (CDI).
As you get to know the products you will be representing, our sales processes, the channels you will be working with, and the tools you will be using from day to day, I will be here to guide you, and help make the process as smooth and simple as possible.

As you navigate through the orientation process, you may find you have questions or you just need clarification on a particular aspect of the orientation.
